Your safety is our top priority

First, and this is THE MOST IMPORTANT CHANGE, please call us when you arrive and wait in your car for us to let you know when you can come in. We have eliminated our waiting area to make our hair stations 6 ft apart so there is no where to wait. Plus, this helps us limit the number of people in the salon and spa at one time. There will be a form that is emailed to you with your appointment confirmation, our COVID-19 Liability Waiver and Pre Visit Questions Form, please fill this out no more than 12 hours before your appointment. When you call to let us know that you are here the receptionist will confirm that it is filled out and confirm the information provided. If it is not filled out she will read it to you and filled it out over the phone. 

Please no guests, spouse, friends, etc coming along with you to your appointment. Appointments for guests 17 years of age and under a parent is allowed to come in. 

Masks: Masks will be worn by all staff and it is HIGHLY ENCOURAGED that all clients wear one during their visit. We ask that you wear a mask that loops around the ear and not tied in the back for hair appointments. If you do not have a mask or do not want to risk hair color getting on it disposable masks will be available.

Information directly form the NC Board of Cosmetic Arts regarding Masks/Face Coverings: People whose religions beliefs prevent them from wearing a face covering, people that cannot wear a face covering due to a medical or behavioral condition, and people who are under 12 years of age are exempt form the requirement of wearing a face covering. Children under 2 years of age shall not wear a face covering so that their breathing may not be inhibited. 

Once you enter you will be asked to wash/sanitize your hands.

Your appointment will then proceed almost as normal. We are following the guidelines set by the state board with extra sanitation measures between clients. 

We ask that you only bring in with you what you absolutely need for your appointment, leaving personal items in your car. We are not serving snacks or beverages at the time. So if you would like to bring a beverage with you please do so. 

At the end of your Appointment we will be allowing one guest at checkout at a time. We will be CASHLESS. All payments for services can be on debit or credit card, if you have a card on file we will prefer to run that so that it is contact less. If you normally give your service provider a cash tip we are encouraging the use of Venmo. This will still allow the service provider to get the tip quickly and directly. Venmo information will be posted at the front desk. 

There may be more information or changes as we go along and get into our new rhythm so please be patient with us.

To our color clients, you are most likely are rocking some extended roots!

We are going to need more time and more color at the first appointment to get you back to "normal." Or we might be adjusting some at home hair color, in either case we need to account for both extended time and extra cost of product. 

So for all Color/Highlight appointments we are offering one, simple option that will include everything you need to get your hair back its original fabulous state. 

Introducing our "WELCOME BACK- Cut and Color Reset" Service

Description: Time to hit the "reset button!" To best serve our clients, this is the only full service cut and color option available from re-opening through July. Once most of our guests have been in to get their cut and color "reset" we will re-evaluate our color menu. This is the best option that we can offer to get your hair back to where it needs to be using extra product (color/lightener/toner, etc), extra time for a "more than usual" application and extended time for increased sanitation/disinfection procedures.

Time allotted for this service will be 2.5 hours.

Pricing: 
L1 $150 (Abi)
L2 $175 (Corey)
L3 $200 (Sarah and Emily)

Like all of our services, this one still includes a set amount of color based on the average hair length and density. Although it is a generous amount to taking into account the extra grow out, your stylist will let you know if there will be any additional color costs. 

Timing and pricing will be adjusted IF we are not allowed by state regulations to blow-dry hair. 

We will not be doing major color corrections or transformations at this time. 

Just to reiterate, once we have gotten through mid-end of July we will bring other color options back and will at that time have a better understanding of the timing necessary for color services moving forward. 

As far as our other services, haircuts, manicures, pedicures, massage, etc, you will notice a $2 to $5 increase depending on the service. I am in the process of updating our website for true pricing transparency so please be sure to check it out. 

We know that this is a difficult time and not the best time to be adjusting our prices, however we cannot ignore that business has changed and the cost of doing business has increased. Please know that we are not trying to "profit" from this situation or "price gouge" anyone, we are simply doing what we have to to keep our business open and viable.
