Cancellation Policy

The staff at Body Bliss Salon and Spa would greatly appreciate any cancellations be made at least 24 hours before your appointment time.

Appointments canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time incur a late-cancel fee of 50% of service cost.

No-shows incur a no-show fee of 100% of the appointment cost. 

When you reserve an appointment with us that time is yours and only yours. When a cancellation is made with less than 24 hours notice it is very difficult to fill it, that time and income is lost. 

Our booking system, Vagaro, sends out an Appointment Confirmation 48 hours before your scheduled time and a Appointment Reminder 2 hours before your scheduled time. These notifications are sent via email and/or text depending on your settings. Even with these reminders, it is still up to you to put your reservation in your calendar. 

Please be sure that the contact information we have on file is correct and that emails are not going to junk/spam. 

Late Arrivals

Please call us if you know that you are going to be late for your appointment. We will do everything we can to still be able to give you the service you have booked, however if you are more than 10 minutes late we may not be able to complete your service and still be on time for our next client. If so we will need to reschedule your appointment and it will be considered a late-cancellation and subject to cancellation fees. For hair services, we may be able to skip a part of the service such as the blow-dry or haircut, but this will not change the price. 

Children Policy

The staff at Body Bliss Salon and Spa love children….some of us even have a few! However, we ask that you make child care arrangements and not bring your children with you to your appointment unless they are receiving services. Many guests look forward to their salon and spa experience as personal “pampering” time. Even the best behaved children are subject to elements of danger in the salon environment (sharp scissors, hot irons, glass shelves, etc.) Please respect this policy, and accept our appreciation for your understanding. In return, when your child is receiving a service, we promise to see that no pesky grownups disrupt their Body Bliss experience!

Inclement Weather Policy

The staff at Body Bliss Salon & Spa will do our best to give all clients at least a two hour notice if their appointment needs to be rescheduled due to inclement weather. We do not adhere to the WCPSS closures, however if you know that you cannot make it to your appointment please call or email us as soon as possible. Our normal 24 hour cancellation policy does not apply when there is inclement weather. We will respect anyone’s request to reschedule their appointment even if we have decided to open for that day. Please understand that some of our stylists and therapists do not live in Wake Forest and if they feel it is unsafe for them to come to work we will need to reschedule your appointment even if you feel that you could make it. Gift Cards and Packages

Gift Certificates and Spa or Service Packages cannot be redeemed for cash and are non-refundable.


The value of a gift certificate will not be replaced if lost, stolen, destroyed, altered or used without your permission. Gift certificates must be presented at time of service.


Purchasing a Gift Certificate:
Gift Certificates can be purchased on location at Body Bliss Salon & Spa or by purchasing them online. Purchasing online will allow you to print or email the gift certificate for the recipient.
Gift certificates cannot be purchased over the phone, as we use a virtual receptionist service and they cannot take payment over the phone.

Service Adjustments

If you are unhappy with a service that you have received and would like any possible adjustments to be made, please let us know within the following time frames so that issues can be addressed in a timely manner. 

Hair services within one week. 

Nail, Face and Body Treatments within two days.
